Over the course of 10 weeks, we’ll focus on:
Unlearning Old Habits: Together, we’ll identify and break free from old patterns, rebuilding new habits that align with your body’s chemistry and energy needs.
Personalized Goals: We’ll integrate your specific goals into your daily life in a way that feels natural and sustainable—avoiding overwhelm while creating lasting change.
Gradual Reset & Reintroduction: We’ll begin with a three-week reset, followed by a slow and mindful reintroduction of foods you’ve eliminated. This way, you can understand how your body reacts to how you nourish it and find what truly works for you.
Weekly Check-Ins and Support : Every week, we’ll meet for a 45-minute call to review your progress, celebrate your successes, and adjust your plan as needed to ensure steady growth.
You will also have access to me via text or email for those moments of needed support or questions that may arise throughout the week.

My earliest and fondest memory is sitting at my Grandmother’s yellow mother of pearl table in my grandmother’s basement, eating scrambled eggs and fried hot peppers with crusty toasted Italian bread out of a cast iron pan.
Every meal that I prepare is created from the passion and love I was taught from my time in my grandparents kitchen and my days spent in many restaurants learning from chefs.
